The site describes Starfield and products and services that are in development. Descriptions of planned features are statements of design intent, not commitments, and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment; any services will be provided under a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and video, belong to Starfield or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission. “Starfield” and the Starfield logo are our trademarks.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: for example, don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it, or submit false or unlawful information through our forms.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites and services, such as Google Forms, YouTube and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent the law allows, Starfield is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
